Slush Pool поддержал Zcash или что майнить после перехода эфира на PoS?

Топовый пул для майнинга криптовалют Slush Pool (SP) добавил поддержку анонимной криптомонеты Zcash. Такое заявление сделал гендиректор Zerocoin Electric Coin Company (ZECC) З. Уилкокс, после публичного выступления представителей пула.

«С сегодняшнего дня мы начинаем поддержку майнинга Zcash. Это серьезный шаг для нас, так как раньше мы ориентировались исключительно на Bitcoin и объединенный майнинг. Разработка и full-тестирование системы майнинга Zcash заняли несколько месяцев. Мы уже добыли более 20 блоков Zcash и хотим продолжить работу».

В связи с все возрастающей сложностью майнинга биткоина, планируемым переходом Ethereum на протокол согласования PоS, SP рекомендует обратить пристальное внимание на перспективную криптомонету Zcash в силу ряда причин.

Наша команда выполнила значительную часть работы, чтобы синхронизировать алгоритмы и отладить их корректную работу. После тестирования мы приступим к реализации первой стадии процесса. После прохождения всех этапов, мы постепенно переключимся на PoS».

В таких условиях Zcash становится очень привлекательным «пирогом» для майнеров, особенно в случае перехода Ethereum на PoS или гибридный протокол PoW/PoS. Возможно время Zcash не за горами.
